Terms and Conditions – Heka Interier
The general terms and conditions of the online store hekainterier.si are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes.

By making any purchase via our online store, users confirm they are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and agree to them.
The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication.
Due to various technical reasons, business through the online store or access to the store may occasionally be disrupted or unavailable. The provider reserves the right to limit or completely suspend the sale of certain or all products, or to limit or completely suspend access to the online store for a fixed or indefinite period. The provider is not responsible for any non-functioning of the store due to misuse, network outages, power failures, or other technical disruptions that may temporarily or exceptionally hinder use for a longer time.
Availability of Information
In accordance with Article 43.b of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the provider undertakes to make the following information available to the buyer prior to purchase:
- the company name and registered office address,
- contact details enabling quick communication and issue resolution (email, phone),
- essential characteristics of the goods or services,
- product and service prices,
- validity period of the offer,
- delivery terms or any delivery-related costs,
- payment and delivery methods, including estimated delivery time,
- the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 43.c of the ZVPot-UPB2, including the complaints procedure.
Purchase Process
You can browse our product selection by navigating the online catalog. Products are organized into categories, which can be found in the main menu. Within each category, filters are available on the left-hand side to help refine your search. You can also use the keyword search bar located in the upper right corner of the website for quick access.
Once you find a product you wish to order, click the “Add to cart” icon. You can monitor the number of items in your cart at the top right corner. By clicking the CART button, a list of your selected items appears, along with options to “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or “COMPLETE PURCHASE”.
The cart displays the item name, quantity, and any applicable discount. After completing the order, the customer receives an email confirming that the order has been received. The provider reviews the order, checks item availability, and either confirms or cancels the order with a stated reason. At this stage, orders are considered binding. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email within one (1) hour of placing the order. Once the order is processed, the seller will prepare and ship the goods or make them available for personal pickup as soon as possible.
Steps of the purchase process:
- CART: Here you can modify the quantity of selected items. Use the minus (−) to decrease or plus (+) to increase the quantity. The total price and shipping costs will be shown on the right side. If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “COUPON CODE” field and click REDEEM COUPON. Once everything looks correct, click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT to proceed.
- CHECKOUT: Enter your payment and delivery details. On the right side, the final purchase amount and shipping costs will be shown again. Below that, you will see the available payment methods. Choose your preferred payment option (bank transfer, cash on delivery, or PayPal with card options). You must agree to the terms and conditions before clicking the BUY NOW button.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION: If the order was placed successfully, your order number and confirmation message will be shown on the screen and sent to the email address you provided.
The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the provider is concluded when the buyer pays the amount stated on the pro forma invoice or receives an email confirming shipment for cash-on-delivery orders.
Contract
The concluded contract (order) between the consumer and the seller is stored in electronic form on the provider’s server (HIT PRELESS d.o.o.) and is accessible at any time within your user profile (My Account). Access to the user profile is only possible using a username and password.

Order Cancellation
Orders placed through hekainterier.si can be canceled by the consumer free of charge until the moment they receive an email notification that the order has been dispatched. Cancellations are only accepted via email to prodaja@hekainterier.si.
Please include the following information in the cancellation email:
- Subject line: Order Cancellation
- Email body: a) consumer’s full name b) consumer’s address c) order number
Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price of a product is valid on the day of purchase, i.e. the day the order is completed and submitted via hekainterier.si. Prices apply when paying with the specified payment methods under the specified conditions. Prices, excluding promotional offers, do not have predetermined validity.
The hekainterier.si online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Promotions / Discounts
Users of the online store can purchase products at promotional or discounted prices. Promotions, campaigns, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked.
Promotional Codes
A promotional code offers various benefits and is time-limited. Active codes may be distributed through advertisements, on specific product category pages, via promotional emails, or other channels.
Withdrawal from Contract / Return of Goods
Consumers who enter into a distance contract under the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us at prodaja@hekainterier.si. No reason for withdrawal is required.
The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and in unchanged quantity within 14 days of contract withdrawal.
The withdrawal period begins one day after receiving the goods.
Please note: Cash-on-delivery return packages will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
When returning products, the buyer must also send the completed withdrawal form.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the provider will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or the buyer provides proof of having sent them back.
If the order was placed by a legal or natural person conducting business, and not as a distance contract, the above withdrawal terms do not apply. Any return requests in such cases will be handled individually with due consideration.
Warranty
- All products manufactured or distributed by HIT PRELESS d.o.o. include a minimum statutory warranty period of 36 months, along with guaranteed servicing and replacement parts.
- The warranty is valid within the Republic of Slovenia.
- General warranty terms and individual product appendices apply.
- Users must follow the product usage and assembly instructions. If the product is pre-assembled, it must still be carefully inspected before use.
- HIT PRELESS d.o.o. guarantees the quality and proper functioning of the product within the warranty period if used in accordance with its intended purpose and instructions.
- The warranty period begins on the date the product is handed over to the customer.
- If the authorized service fails to repair the product within 45 days, the customer may request a replacement. The complaint date is considered the day the product is received by the authorized service or store.
- Repairs at the customer’s home are not possible.
The warranty is void if:
- the product was not used according to instructions,
- unauthorized persons tampered with the product,
- the product was mechanically damaged.
Complaints
All products are checked before delivery and sent undamaged. We take care to package your items securely in a suitable box or other appropriate packaging.
If you find any issues with your received order (e.g. wrong quantity, wrong items), please contact us as soon as possible via email at prodaja@hekainterier.si and include the completed complaint form.
You may return purchased items within 14 days of purchase, and are entitled to a replacement or refund.
The returned/exchanged item must be undamaged, in original and undamaged packaging, and include all accessories. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or partially accepted.
Material Defects
The seller must deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects in their performance.
The consumer may claim their rights regarding material defects if they notify the seller within two months of discovering the defect.
A defect is considered material if:
- the item does not have the properties necessary for normal use or trade,
- the item does not have the properties needed for a specific purpose known to the seller,
- the item lacks features explicitly or implicitly agreed upon,
- the item differs from the sample or model, unless shown for informational purposes only.
The consumer must notify the seller of the defect via email (prodaja@hekainterier.si) and submit a completed material defect form with a detailed description. The seller must be allowed to inspect the product.
If the defect is undisputed, the seller must resolve the issue as soon as possible, no later than 8 days. If there is a dispute, the seller must respond in writing within 8 days.
Defective items must be sent to the seller: HIT PRELESS d.o.o., Žlebe 1, 1215 Medvode.
The provider reserves the right to reject claims if it determines that the item was misused.
The seller is not liable for material defects appearing after two years from delivery. It is presumed a defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months.
Consumers who correctly notify the seller of a defect have the right to request one of the following:
- repair of the defect or partial refund,
- replacement with a fault-free item,
- full refund.
Consumers may also claim damages, including for parts, labor, shipping, and transport.
The right to claim for material defects expires two years after notifying the seller.
Rights and responsibilities regarding material defects are governed by the Consumer Protection Act. Obligations not covered are subject to general contract law.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In accordance with legal norms, HIT PRELESS d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
As a provider of goods and services offering an online store in Slovenia, HIT PRELESS d.o.o. publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers here.

This setup complies with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, and amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the online store will be resolved amicably. If not possible, the competent court in Ljubljana will handle the case.

By registering on the HIT PRELESS d.o.o. online store, you consent to the inclusion of your personal data in the list of registered users and agree to the use of your data as described below. HIT PRELESS d.o.o. respects your privacy and undertakes to carefully protect personal data obtained via the registration form and not to share it with third parties without your consent. The data will be used solely for sending information, offers, invoices, goods, and necessary communication.
HIT PRELESS d.o.o. will respect your wish not to receive promotional messages. Personal data is stored electronically and deleted or destroyed when no longer needed.
