Loberia – Office Furniture – Location Ljubljana

Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia

For the company Loberia d.o.o. we furnished new administrative offices in a modern business building on Celovška cesta. The project included the complete design and supply of office furniture for offices, the meeting room, the kitchenette and common areas. The client’s goal was to create clean, functional and representative business environments where aesthetics, ergonomics and practical usability come together.


Project scope

The project included:

  • furnishing offices,

  • furnishing the meeting room,

  • construction of the kitchenette,

  • more than pieces of cabinets, desks, pedestal units and other office elements,

  • integration of electrification in the meeting area,

  • complete supply and installation of the furniture.


Offices – a combination of functionality and tailored furniture

Each office was furnished according to the needs of the individual user. We used a combination of:

  • work desks in standard and irregular shapes,

  • height-adjustable desks in the administrative area,

  • pedestal units in various dimensions (mobile and fixed),

  • tall and low cabinets for personal and work needs,

  • acoustic partitions for better concentration,

  • conference chairs for visitors.

This design ensures a pleasant working environment while also enabling orderly storage of documentation and equipment.


Meeting room – a technically perfectly equipped space

In the meeting room we installed:

  • a large conference table (275 × 110 cm),

  • integrated electrical modules (power, data connections, USB A/C),

  • cable organizers,

  • 10 premium MICHIGAN conference chairs in black leather with armrests,

  • acoustic wooden wall cladding in walnut decor, improving the room’s acoustic comfort.

The acoustic panels contribute significantly to the professional atmosphere of the space.


Kitchenette – ready for everyday use

In the business area we built a kitchenette with tall and base units, an HPL worktop and integrated Bosch appliances. The kitchenette includes:

  • a refrigerator,

  • a dishwasher,

  • an induction cooktop,

  • a stainless-steel sink and faucet,

  • separate waste collection.

It is a compact and exceptionally functional solution, fully adapted to employees’ everyday needs.


Storage solutions and special elements

For additional spaces we produced:

  • a built-in wardrobe in the corridor (height 300 cm),

  • a printer cabinet,

  • hanging panels,

  • multi-purpose low and tall cabinets.

The built-in wardrobe is made from a matte fingerprint-resistant decor, ensuring a clean, elegant look even with intensive use.


Logistics and installation

Delivery and installation were carried out in line with the overall construction timeline. Our team performed:

  • transport of equipment,

  • unpacking and professional installation,

  • electrification in the meeting area,

  • complete removal of packaging.


Result

Loberia received comprehensively furnished, modern and functional offices that enhance the building’s architectural image.
