For the new offices of the hotel Meliã Frankfurt City, we furnished the entire office area and the hotel’s back office. In the 47-storey tower, we created a modern, functional and durable working environment that meets the high standards of an international hotel chain.

Project scope

The project included:

• furnishing of 45+ offices,

• installation of more than 80 pieces of office furniture (desks, pedestals, cabinets),

• delivery of 47 ergonomic office chairs,

• organization of storage areas with more than 60 cabinet units,

• complete logistical execution and on-site installation.

Workstations

The office spaces are equipped with desks in various dimensions and configurations, designed for optimal use of space in the tower. Our objective was to create a clean, organized appearance that allows flexible reconfiguration of offices according to the needs of hotel operations.

Ergonomics for hotel staff

We provided employees with 47 ergonomic work chairs featuring advanced adjustment options and highly durable upholstery. These chairs were selected for their comfort during long working hours and their visual harmony with the hotel’s architecture.

Storage solutions

For organizing documentation and operational equipment, we supplied a combination of tall, medium-height and narrow cabinets, in total more than 60 pieces. The consistent materials and color scheme create a tidy and professional working environment that aligns with the hotel’s aesthetic.

Logistics and installation in a high-rise tower

Since the project was carried out in a high-rise building, precise logistical planning was crucial:
transport of furniture from the truck into the building, unpacking, assembly, and removal of all packaging to construction containers. We handled the entire process independently, ensuring that the client received a fully prepared working environment without any additional coordination.

Result

The Meliã Frankfurt City hotel has gained a well-organized, ergonomic and architecturally coherent back office, ready for intensive hotel operations.
The furniture and layout complement the modern character of the building and support the high standards of the hotel brand.
