For NLB d.d., as part of a complete renovation of the business premises, we furnished as many as 1,200 workstations. The project included full office furniture, acoustic elements, upholstery solutions, kitchens, common areas, and conference rooms. In both design and execution, special attention was paid to ergonomics, functionality, and the visual coherence of the entire building.
Heka CoreLift height-adjustable desks – the central element of the workstation
Each workstation is equipped with our height-adjustable desk Heka CoreLift, enabling users to easily switch between sitting and standing positions.

Electrification was executed comprehensively:
- integrated Heka cable management channels,
- prepared cable routing (2× 3×2.5 mm² + 4× UTP Cat6),
- in-house developed cable trays,
- custom grooves for completely concealed installation routing.
Acoustic panels for greater concentration and reduced noise
To create a more pleasant and efficient working environment, we developed custom-upholstered acoustic panels in various dimensions.
Each employee has:
- 1 longer acoustic panel,
- 2 shorter side panels.
These elements reduce noise, visually define the workstation, and improve overall comfort.
Queen ergonomic chair – designed for long-term use
NLB selected our Queen ergonomic chair, designed for extended working hours, featuring advanced adjustments and exceptional seating comfort. The chair has become the standard in their new offices.
Personal lockers for every employee
To ensure organization and security of personal belongings, we manufactured individual lockers that visually match the rest of the interior.
Common areas – our in-house upholstery program
In the common areas, we designed and produced comfortable, visually distinctive upholstered elements that give the space warmth and identity. Our upholstery program allows full customization of colors, shapes, and materials.
Kitchens and dining areas on every floor
Each floor is equipped with a modern, functional kitchen designed for long-term use and easy maintenance.
Conference rooms – different sizes, one identity
We installed conference tables in various dimensions, aligned with the architectural design and technical requirements of the spaces.
Precise workshop drawings
As with all our projects, we prepared detailed workshop drawings, enabling fast, accurate, and well-coordinated production and installation.
