The executive areas are equipped with:

  • larger desks with integrated power modules,

  • more prestigious storage cabinets for documentation,

  • additional components for work organisation,

  • selected conference chairs for receiving clients and partners.

The design remains refined, timelessly elegant and fully consistent with the rest of the floor.


Conference halls and meeting rooms

Spaces for larger and smaller meetings are fitted out with:

  • large conference tables adapted to the number of participants,

  • integrated pop‑up electrification units,

  • comfortable conference chairs in a uniform colour scheme,

  • acoustic panels that improve speech intelligibility and add visual dynamism to the space.

Common areas and interior layout

The common areas are designed for informal work, short meetings and relaxed breaks.
They include:

  • designed upholstered seating elements combining wood and fabric,

  • a high bar table with upholstered bar stools,

  • modern white elements with softly rounded lines,

  • an open‑plan layout that connects the kitchen, coworking and transitional spaces.

Materials (wood, fabric, metal) are chosen for warmth, quality and durability.


Kitchen unit and dining corners

As part of the project, we also created a fully customised kitchen:

  • a pure minimalist design in white,

  • a functional arrangement of storage elements,

  • integrated appliances,

  • a spacious counter for multiple users.

The kitchen is positioned as the natural core of the shared workspace, ergonomically linked with the collaborative areas.
