Warranty and Service

Warranty

• 36 months

Hit Preless d.o.o. guarantees that the product will operate flawlessly during the warranty period if used in accordance with the instructions. If the product malfunctions or breaks down within the warranty period, the seller commits to repairing the product free of charge or replacing it with a new faultless product if repair is not possible. If the authorized service center cannot repair the product within 45 days, it will be replaced with a new one. The warranty covers mechanical parts of the furniture; normal wear and tear is not covered. Claims will not be accepted in the case of damage or malfunction due to improper use, negligent handling, or mechanical damage. The warranty becomes void in the event of any unauthorized interference.

• The warranty is valid from the date the goods are delivered to the customer and is enforced together with the invoice.
• The seller will ensure maintenance and spare parts for 36 months after the warranty period expires.
• The warranty is valid throughout the Republic of Slovenia.
• Note: The warranty does not exclude the consumer’s rights arising from the seller’s liability for defects in the goods.

In addition to a wide selection of office chairs and office furniture, we also provide spare parts and servicing for office chairs purchased from us.

Our expertise and years of experience will extend the life of your office chair.

We perform all maintenance and repair work on office chairs, such as replacing casters, repairing or replacing lift mechanisms, replacing armrests, or reupholstering the seat and backrest.
