Mechanism & Adjustments
Synchro mechanism — the backrest and seat move in a coordinated motion. The backrest locks in four positions, and you adjust the tilt to your weight with the tension control.

How does Queen differ from other office chairs?
Queen Gray offers a wide range of configuration options — five Nordic fabric colours, two base types (polycarbonate or aluminium 5-star) and a choice with or without armrests. The synchro mechanism with four tilt-lock positions lets the chair adapt to every user and every task — from focused typing to leaning back lightly during conversations.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in your actual working environment. If it doesn't suit you, we'll pick it up free of charge. If you're satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I customize Queen?
Yes. When ordering, you choose the upholstery (Bora Plain fabric or Tundra artificial leather in one of six colors), the type of base (black polycarbonate or polished aluminum), and the type of armrests (2D or 3D). The headrest is optional. For larger projects (5+ items), we offer custom configuration: corporate colors, logo on the backrest. All options can be viewed in the materials library.
What's the warranty on Queen?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, the gas lift and material defects. With our own production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.

Is the Queen suitable for tall or shorter people?
Queen has independently adjustable elements: seat height, seat depth (sliding plate), backrest height, backrest tilt, and headrest. 3D armrests further extend the range of adjustment.
