[ KAJ PONUJAMO ]
Sodelovanje z Architekturnimi studii
We manufacture office furniture to order, based on each project's specifications. Below is exactly what our collaboration looks like step by step.
Po meri od enega kosa naprej
You order by project, not by warehouse availability. Whether a single reception counter, one meeting table or a set of 12 chairs — we produce it all. No minimum order quantity.
3D models + technical specifications
For both our standard products and made-to-order pieces, we prepare 3D models in DWG or any other format you require, full technical specifications with dimensions, materials and load ratings, and shop drawings for client or architect approval.
Fabric and material samples
Physical samples of fabrics, faux leather, mesh and lacquered surfaces are available free of charge. We ship them to your address — usually within two working days inside Slovenia.
Obisk proizvodnje v Medvode
A visit to our facility in Medvode can be arranged at a time that suits you. We walk you through the production process — from joinery to upholstery — and the technology we use.
Engineering support at the quotation stage
Before quoting, our engineering department reviews the feasibility of any non-standard items and advises on construction details — significantly reducing changes during execution.
Standardni dobavni roki
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, with installation approximately 2 weeks after delivery. We handle transport with our own fleet throughout the EU.

[ INSIDE OUR PRODUCTION ]
Production in-house
Our joinery, upholstery, engineering department and transport fleet all operate from a single location in Medvode. This makes mid-project adjustments easier and shortens communication on technical questions.

[ MATERIAL LIBRARY ]
Six fabric collections. Samples on request.
Bondai, Bora Plain, One, Puma, Tundra and Urban — fabric collections for corporate, hospitality and public projects. Each collection comes in 8–30 colours, with documented abrasion, lightfastness and moisture resistance ratings.
A printed swatch book or physical samples of your selected colours are available free of charge.

Frequently asked questions
Why should an architect or designer specify Heka?
Heka Interior is the office-furniture brand of Hit Preless d.o.o., with Slovenian production, in-house engineering and more than 300 completed projects across 30 European countries. For architects this means a single source from specification to installation, with no minimum order quantity and delivery from our own factory. Learn more on the for architects page.
What support does an architect get when specifying?
For both catalogue and made-to-order products we prepare 3D models in DWG, RVT or SKP formats, technical specifications with dimensions, materials and load capacity, and workshop drawings for client approval. Before quoting, our engineering department checks the feasibility of non-standard pieces and advises on structural details, which reduces changes during the execution phase.
- 3D models on request (DWG / RVT / SKP)
- Technical datasheets with dimensions and load capacity
- Workshop drawings for client approval
Can Heka handle a full office fit-out from a single source?
Yes. The joinery workshop, upholstery, engineering department and transport fleet all operate at one location in Medvode. Heka covers consulting, planning, production, transport with our own EU fleet, and installation. A single-source contractor shortens communication paths on technical questions and allows adjustments to be made during the actual execution of the project.
Can Heka build furniture entirely to the architect's design?
Yes. Alongside the full catalogue range of office furniture and chairs, we produce fully custom pieces to your drawings and specifications — from a single reception desk or meeting table to a complete office. You order by project, not by stock availability, with no minimum number of pieces.
Which references can an architect cite when specifying Heka?
Heka has equipped more than 1,200 workstations with ergonomic solutions at NLB, and references also include Triglav and Volvo (reception, waiting area, offices and lounge, aligned with a Scandinavian premium aesthetic). A PDF of all completed projects is available for download on the for-architects page.
Which fabrics and materials can I specify in a project?
Six fabric collections are available — Bondai, Bora Plain, One, Puma, Tundra and Urban — for corporate, hospitality and public projects. Each collection spans 8 to 30 colours with stated parameters for abrasion, light stability and moisture resistance. Physical samples are free of charge; review the full range on the materials page.
What are the standard delivery times?
Standard delivery is 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation, with installation about 2 weeks after delivery. Transport is handled by our own EU fleet. Because production is in-house, the engineering department can coordinate adjustments on the fly, which helps meet project deadlines even for non-standard pieces.
How do I start a collaboration with Heka?
Submit an access request for the architect portal on the for architects page — we respond within 6 hours on a working day, and after approval you receive the portal with catalogues, 3D models and samples. For a specific project or to arrange a visit to the Medvode production, contact us via the contact page.
