Withdrawal from contract

If you bought goods as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. You can use the form on this page. If the order was delivered in several shipments, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

Once you confirm your statement, we will acknowledge receipt without delay by email to the address you provided. The acknowledgement contains the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to sales@heka-interior.com or by post to HIT PRELESS d.o.o., Žlebe 1, 1215 Medvode, Slovenija.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

You will find it in your order confirmation email (e.g. #1040).

Enter the product name and quantity, or write “entire order”.

By clicking “Confirm withdrawal” you declare that you withdraw from the contract for the products listed. You do not need to give a reason.
