Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you furnish an office?
Most office chairs and desks are available in about two weeks, some models take a little longer. For projects and custom-made furniture, standard delivery is 4–6 weeks after order confirmation. The exact lead time is stated in the quote.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts apply from 5 pieces. For larger projects we prepare a dedicated quote based on the number of workstations and the selected products.
Can we try the chairs before ordering?
Yes. You can try every chair in person at our chair showroom in Medvode, Slovenia, and we can provide fabric and material samples free of charge. Within Slovenia we also offer a free 7-day chair trial at your workplace.
Do you take care of delivery and installation?
Yes. We deliver with our own vehicle fleet and our installers assemble everything on site. Delivery and installation costs are stated in the quote.
What warranty and service do you provide?
Office chairs come with a 3-year warranty. Service and spare parts are provided from Medvode, also after the warranty ends. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you issue quotes and invoices to companies?
Yes. Quotes and invoices are issued to your company. Include your company name in the request, and the address and VAT ID for invoicing.
