How does Air differ from other ergonomic chairs?
Air has a metal backrest frame — this is the reason for its durability under intensive daily use. The Polo air mesh offers excellent breathability, while the built-in lumbar support provides stable support for the lumbar region. The synchro mechanism allows the backrest to recline into four positions with adjustable tension. This makes Air a durable choice for offices, learning spaces, and project teams, where a chair must withstand daily use for years to come.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Try it for 7 days in your real working environment. If it doesn't suit you, we collect it free of charge. If you're convinced, keep it and pay.
Can I custom-configure the Air?
Yes. You can choose the seat in five colours of the Nordic fabric (Black 132, Grey 117, Grey 115, Brown 127, Blue 909). The base is a polycarbonate star as standard, with an aluminium star as an option. The chair comes with or without armrests. For larger projects (5+ units) we provide custom configurations with corporate colours and logo. For project enquiries, write to sales@heka-interior.com.
What's the warranty on Air?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With our in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities or projects?

Does the Air accommodate tall or shorter individuals?
The Air features an adjustable seat height and a four-position synchro mechanism, allowing it to accommodate various body types. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg.
