How does Andy differ from standard children's chairs?
Andy is designed as a long-term investment—not as a temporary children's chair. The Synchro mechanism, NET mesh, and adjustable lumbar support are the same components found in our professional ergonomic chairs for adults. The sliding seat and adjustable seat height allow the chair to grow with your child throughout their development—from elementary school to their first job.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (home or office). Try it for 7 days in your own environment—for schoolwork, studying, or work. If it's not a perfect fit, we will take it back free of charge. If you're convinced, you keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I customize Andy?
Yes. You can choose between Urban and Bondai fabrics (multiple color options), between a black polycarbonate or chrome base, and between versions without armrests, with 2D or 4D armrests. Andy is also available with a white frame under the name Betty. See all options in our materials library.
What's the warranty on Andy?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With our in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires, which is essential for a chair designed to last for many years.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities or projects?

What age is Andy suitable for?
Andy is designed as a youth chair, primarily for children from around 8 years of age onwards, when they begin sitting for long periods for schoolwork. Thanks to its adjustable seat height, sliding seat pan, and adjustable lumbar support, the chair grows with the child and serves them through their teenage years, student years, and first home office.
