We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in your real work environment. If it's not a good fit, we'll take it back at no cost. If you're convinced, you keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I custom configure Bliss?
Yes. Various fabrics (Bora Plain) and artificial leather (Tundra) are available in multiple colors. You can choose between a polycarbonate or aluminum base, as well as 2D or 3D armrests and an adjustable headrest. You can view all options in our materials library. For larger projects (5+ units), we can create a custom configuration with your corporate colors and logo.
What's the warranty on Bliss?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas spring, and material defects. Our in-house production in Medvode ensures the availability of spare parts even after the warranty period.

Is Bliss suitable for tall or shorter people?
Bliss is specifically designed for users who find it difficult to find a comfortable chair due to their height. The sliding seat plate (7 cm) adjusts the seat depth to the length of the thighs, and the movable lumbar support adapts to the curve of the spine. The maximum load capacity is 120 kg.
