Frequently Asked Questions
How does Enjoy White differ from other ergonomic chairs?
Designed in Slovenia with a focus on ergonomics, high-quality materials, and sustainable manufacturing. Each chair is custom-configured for the client — from the fabric to the frame color and base type.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Try it for 7 days in your actual work environment. If it's not the right fit, we'll take it back at no cost. If you're convinced, you keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I custom-configure the Enjoy White?
Yes. You can choose the seat and backrest in one of four colours of Bondai fabric, and the armrests in 2D or 4D version. You can also add a sliding seat plate to adjust the seat depth. For larger projects we offer additional configuration options. For other questions, write to us at sales@heka-interior.com.
What's the warranty on Enjoy White?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With our in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities or projects?
Yes. Volume discounts apply for 5 or more units. For 200+ workstations (e.g., NLB Emona — 1,200 workstations), we prepare a special offer with custom configuration, free consultation, and an extended warranty. Send an inquiry or call +386 1 361 90 28.
Who is this chair suitable for?
Ideal for teenagers and students — for schoolwork, studying and playing at the computer. The chair grows with the child, supports healthy posture through longer hours of sitting and adapts to growth with adjustable height and an additional sliding seat.
