Ergomatic is manufactured in our in-house production in Medvode, which ensures long-term serviceability and the availability of spare parts. The asynchronous mechanism allows for independent adjustment of the seat angle, backrest angle, and seat height, which is the key difference between a chair for occasional use and one designed for an 8+ hour workday. The Bondai fabric is selected for its durability in intensive office use.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Try it for 7 days in your actual work environment. If it's not the right fit, we will pick it up free of charge. If you're convinced, you keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I configure Ergomatic made-to-order?
Yes. You can choose from six Bondai fabric colors (orange, red, dark blue, black, light green, dark gray), a chrome or black PVC base, and three types of armrests (fixed Sonata, 2D, or 3D adjustable). You can view all available options in our material library. For larger projects (5+ pieces), we offer configuration in your corporate colors.
What's the warranty on Ergomatic?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With our in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
