How does Ergomatic differ from cheaper office chairs?
Ergomatic is made in our own production facility in Medvode, which means long-term serviceability and availability of spare parts. The asynchronous mechanism allows independent adjustment of the seat angle, backrest angle and seat height — the difference between a chair for a few hours and a chair for an 8+ hour working day. The Nordic fabric is chosen for its durability under intensive office use.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Try it for 7 days in your actual work environment. If it's not the right fit, we will pick it up free of charge. If you're convinced, you keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I configure Ergomatic made-to-order?
Yes. You can choose from six Bondai fabric colors (orange, red, dark blue, black, light green, dark gray), a chrome or black PVC base, and three types of armrests (fixed Sonata, 2D, or 3D adjustable). You can view all available options in our material library. For larger projects (5+ pieces), we offer configuration in your corporate colors.
What's the warranty on Ergomatic?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With our in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
Do you have a discount for larger quantities or projects?
