How does Master Q4 differ from other ergonomic chairs?
Master Q4 has two key advantages: 3D adjustable lumbar support (height and depth adjustable) and 4-position backrest lock (hence the Q4 designation). In most chairs in this price range, the lumbar support is only height-adjustable, without a lock. Master Q4 allows you to support your back exactly where you need it, and lock the mechanism in the desired position.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in your real work environment. If it doesn't suit you, we pick it up free of charge. If you are satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I customize Master Q4?
Master Q4 comes standard in three Bondai fabric colors: Blue 67, Gray 36, and Black 02. You can choose the base from polished chrome or black PVC. For larger projects (5+ pieces), we provide custom configurations in corporate colors, other fabrics, and with a logo on the backrest. More in the materials library.
What's the warranty on Master Q4?
3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With in-house production in Medvode, we ensure spare parts even after the warranty expires.
