How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in your actual work environment. If it doesn't suit you, we'll pick it up free of charge. If you're satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I custom-configure MOVE.me?
Yes. MOVE.me is available in seven basic One fabric colors — from neutral grays to vibrant turquoise and yellow shades. For larger projects (5+ pieces), we perform custom configuration: corporate colors, additional fabrics, logo on the backrest. You can view all samples in our material library.
What's the warranty on MOVE.me?
The 3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the 3D synchro mechanism, gas cylinder and material defects. With our own production in Medvode, we guarantee spare parts even after the warranty expires.
