How does the Urus RS differ from the standard Urus model?
The Urus RS is an upgrade to the Urus model. The main difference is the materials — the Urus RS is upholstered with automotive-grade Alcantara and the highest quality leather, with custom stitching and edging. The standard Urus uses high-density foam with basic upholstery. The RS edition is intended for executive offices where a level of quality known from luxury sports cars is expected.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). For 7 days, test it in a real working environment. If it doesn't suit you, we pick it up free of charge. If you are satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I custom-configure the Urus RS?
Yes. The Urus RS is available in three upholsteries: synthetic leather with Alcantara, black natural leather with Alcantara, or colored natural leather with Alcantara. For larger projects (5+ units), we offer custom configuration: corporate leather colors, special stitching, and logo. All options are available in our materials library or send an inquiry to sales@heka-interior.com.
What's the warranty on Urus RS?
3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
