How does the 7-day free trial work?
We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in a real working environment. If it doesn't suit you, we pick it up free of charge. If you are satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.
Can I customize Verto?
Yes. You can upholster the seat with Bora Plain fabric, Urban fabric, or Tundra artificial leather in various colors. Choose the base from PVC or polished aluminum, and add 3D armrests and a sliding seat plate for depth adjustment. You can view all options in our materials library. For larger projects (5+ items), we can provide custom configurations with corporate colors and logos.
What's the warranty on Verto?
3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With in-house production in Medvode, we provide spare parts even after the warranty expires.
