How does Ypsilon differ from other ergonomic chairs?

Ypsilon is our most configurable mid-range chair. Choose between two types of mesh (signature YPSILON or NET), three types of armrests (fixed / 2D / 3D) and three bases (chrome / aluminum / PVC). This means that a company can equip all work positions with the same chair, but adapted to each individual workstation — from reception to the architect's office.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

We deliver the chair to your address (office or home). Test it for 7 days in a real working environment. If it doesn't suit you, we collect it back at no cost. If you are satisfied, keep it and pay. No risk, no questions asked.

Can I custom-configure Ypsilon?

Yes. Ypsilon is our most adaptable chair — you choose the type of mesh (NET or YPSILON), the type of armrests (fixed Sonata, 2D or 3D), the base (chrome, polished aluminum or black PVC) and the seat fabric. For larger projects (5+ items), we perform custom configuration in corporate colors with a logo on the backrest. More in the materials library.

What's the warranty on Ypsilon?

3-year manufacturer's warranty covers the mechanism, gas lift, and material defects. With in-house production in Medvode, we ensure spare parts even after the warranty expires.

Do you have a discount for larger quantities or projects?

Yes. Quantity discounts apply from 5 items onwards. For 200+ workstations (e.g., NLB Emona — 1,200 workstations), we prepare a special offer with custom configuration, free consultation, and an extended warranty. Is Ypsilon suitable for tall or shorter people?

Ypsilon has independently adjustable elements: seat height, tilt tension adjustment based on weight, optional seat depth adjustment, and a choice between three types of armrests.
