In the 21st century, the nature of our work means we spend far too much time sitting in front of various screens, which often leads to issues such as reduced concentration, increased fatigue, body stiffness, and unpleasant back pain.

Do you also face these challenges during your workday? If so, we have excellent news for you: even small but significant changes can make a huge difference and completely transform your well-being. Yes, just a 5-minute movement break during the workday is enough to make you feel rejuvenated. To prevent back pain and improve overall well-being, we at Heka Interior have partnered with the excellent personal trainer Nataša Gorenc. Every Tuesday until the end of October 2024, she will present short, simple, yet highly effective exercises on our YouTube channel that you can do right in your office. In total, 25 different exercises will be presented, forming your new alphabet of well-being at the workplace.

Yes, everyone is invited!

Whether you spend most of your day sitting or standing, the exercises in the "Stand Up with Nataša!" project will allow you to easily stretch your body and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout the entire workday. These are short and simple exercises that can be performed during brief 5-minute work breaks right in the office. This means that anyone, regardless of physical fitness or workload, can perform these exercises and ensure the necessary reactivation of their body and mind.

And with regular movement, you'll one day celebrate your centenary.

(Or at least, step into your workplace every day full of confidence, relaxed, and with an abundance of positive energy)

So, let's start slowly, one day at a time, as regular exercise has numerous benefits:

  • Improves concentration: Just a few minutes of stretching increases blood flow to the brain, which improves your ability to focus.
  • Reduces back and neck pain: The exercises in the "Stand Up with Nataša!" project are specifically designed to strengthen muscles that are overstrained or "forgotten" due to sitting.
  • Increases overall energy: Regular exercise helps release endorphins, hormones that improve mood and energy.
  • Improves mental health: Active breaks can significantly reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, and give you new momentum to focus on work tasks with greater concentration.

We've already stood up! How about you, are your feet itching to move?

Join us, it's completely easy! Subscribe to our Heka Interior e-newsletters, where you will receive all current information and access to new videos. Your task then is simply to open them, follow the instructions, and successfully awaken your body and mind. Stand Up with Nataša for better well-being!
